Wuxi Hongda Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is a new high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and sales of forgings with a history over 50 years. It is one of the important members of China Forging Association and China Heavy Machinery Association, and is a director unit of ASME code products of China Petrochemical Association. It covers an area over 80000 ㎡ and has a production capacity over 100,000 tons forgings. The company has more than 40 invention patents, and was invited to participate in the formulation of 2017 Chinese standards for forgings for boiler and pressure vessel pressure equipment (NB/T 47008, NB/T 47010).

We are certified by ISO9001 QMS, ISO14001:2004 EMS and OHSAS18001:2007, and also qualified by the main 9 world classification society for the factory certification and EU TUV.

Our products are widely used in oil and gas, wind power, power station boiler, metallurgical mines, bridge forging, marine products and special equipments. At present, the group's annual production capacity of forgings reaches 100,000 tons, and the single forging is over 70 tons. The maximum outside diameter of ring forgings is 6m, and the maximum length of axial forgings is 12m. We have rich experience of 09MnNiD tube plate and barrel, F91 and F92 valve body and other forgings. We have established long-term cooperative relations with Sinopec, CNPC, CNOOC, CGN, CNNC, CSIC, Siemens, SMS, Danieli, Caterpillar,Valmet,etc.

Production Equipment

We have 8000T, 4000T, 1600T, 800T free forging hydraulic presses,2 ring rolling machines,over 20 heat treatment furnaces for normalizing,quenching and tempering,and dozens of matched physical and chemical testing equipments.

We also have super machining ability,there are 110 various machining lathes,including 30 saw machines,13 drill machines,4 gun drilling machines,5 CNC machining center,2 CNC lathes,4 planing machines,and 2 grinding machines.
